Fee Schedule
ADJUSTMENTS - Applicable taxes or governmental impositions are included in each customer’s bill. In the event of a significant increase or decrease in taxes or other governmental impositions and the need for customer fee adjustment, rates shall be adjusted to reflect such increase or decrease.
MONTHLY CHARGES:
Residential rate:, Single Family Dwelling: $40.00
Commercial rate: $60.00
SPECIAL PROVISIONS
1. Establishment Charge: A non-refundable fee in the amount of $2000.00 will be assessed to each new or different consumer and/or person who applies for water service at the customer's delivery point. Payment of the Establishment Charge shall be rendered prior to establishment of service.
2. Reconnection Fee: A $50.00 Reconnection Fee will be paid prior to the renewing of water service, as well as any past-due bills, late fees and penalties.
3. Late Fee: A $5.00 late fee will be applied monthly. This will be applied after a 5-day grace period following the payment due date.
4. Check returned for insufficient funds; $25.00 fee
